o Couples for a cause, paint by number, and help us create artwork for children’s hospitals, through the Hospital Art program.

o Wedding Fashion Show sponsored by Truly Forever Bridal 

o Ballroom Dance Mini-Lesson by Ivan Grigorov with Dance Passion

o The Don CeSar preferred wedding service vendors offer a passport to their vendor booths. Turn in your passport for raffle tickets including special vendor prizes.

The health and safety of our guests and team members is our top priority. 

Guests and vendors are required to wear masks throughout the event, and social distancing will be encouraged. Hand sanitizing and washing areas will be available throughout the event. Vendors are encouraged to have as much information available electronically as possible. All food and beverage offerings will adhere to local service guidelines.

*Tickets for the 6:30pm timeslot are currently sold out so that we can maintain limited capacity and social distancing. However, tickets for the 5pm-6:30pm timeslot are still available and those ticket holders may enter at any point during that timeframe.*

Back for its 2nd year, The Reception is not your typical wedding expo. Vendors bring their vision to life with live demos in each of our event spaces. Experience two staged wedding ceremonies, attend a "Reception" with live music, lite bites and desserts in the Gathering event space along with a variety of the best local vendors in the Bay. 

No matter where you plan to say I do you’ll have the chance to interact with an array of local vendors such as photographers, florists, DJ's, live musicians, cake artists, stationary & gift providers, preferred caterers, party and furniture rentals and more.

A ticket to The Reception includes entry for you and one guest, a complimentary glass of champagne, as well as keepsake tote bag. You may add additional guests at checkout at a reduced rate. 

Modifications have been implemented this year to adhere to Covid-19 safety. The limited capacity event has been split into two time frames to allow for social distancing. Additionally, The Reception will extend its blueprint into the adjacent, outdoor Courtyard to allow attendees more open-air space. All 50/50 bay doors in The Gathering space will be open to allow open air flow into all spaces. Masks will be required. The Reception is curated by the experts of the Armature Works Events Team.
